This is an installer containing custom Counter-Strike Source maps that are running on the SOC CS Source server. This will also install a new Counter-Strike Source SOC menu on your machine. If you don't want it after installation, just browse to the following directory on your machine: Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\<accountname>\counter-strike source\cstrike\materials\console. In that folder you will find a file named:  background01.vtf   Just delete the file and you won't see the SOC background anymore.
