PLEASE READ THIS, SUBMISSION GUIDELINES ARE LISTED BELOW

ALSO, PLEASE FILL OUT THIS FORM ALONG WITH YOUR SUBMISSION

State Of Chaos is offering its 40 Player Max server as a Beta Test server on weekends. Saturdays to be exact.

Beta Tests are held on SUNDAYS between 6PM & 9PM EST.

We run Desert Combat .7 mod any other time, but on Sunday, for play testing maps, the server will be switched to Battlefield if required.

And yes, we can test both Battlefield and Desert Combat versions of your map.

Your map will only be tested if:

• You fill out the Map Submission form, its the pink link at the top of the page.

• Your map has a good amount of time put into it and has successful Terrain Shadowing, Merging and Object Lightmaps created.

• Your map is zipped and uploaded somewhere we can download it and check it out. Preferably the State Of Chaos FTP on the game server. If you need the address, contact TFCmaster, you can get his email from the Admins page.

• Your map must have a custom loading screen (This Is A Must!)

• Your map doesn't need to have a custom thumbnail pic, but it would be nice if it did.

• The beta version of the map being tested must be noted somewhere, either on the Loading Screen, the Thumbnail Pic or in a text file zipped with your map. Only reason for this is so that we can let everyone know what particular version the map is so during feedback, posters can refer to older versions of the map and give their info accordingly.

• Your map must be ready 5 days prior to the Sunday you want it tested. So if a beta is being held on June 29th, you'll need to have your map zipped and uploaded and inform us of the download link no later than June 24th. If its posted/submitted after that, it will have to wait until the following week, only because, we'll need the time, as well as the other testers to get all the maps downloaded and installed.

We will only test a maximum of 6 maps per night, at 30 minutes a piece.

Upon receiving a download link from you, we will download the map and test it on my machine to verify that all requirements above have been met. We've been testing TFC and CS maps for the last 3 years so the guys we have testing with us, want better than n00b maps. If we choose not to include your map in the beta test for any given week, we will give you the reason, and possibly a suggestion.

You'll get some good feedback on our forums, I can guarantee.
